Business Head – Healthcare Provider Support

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for P&L of the business unit
    • Achieve top line growth by achieving continuous ramp-up targets
    • Manage and control direct costs and maintain gross margin
  • Budgeting Planning
    • Prepare Annual operating plan/business plan based on the objective set forth
    • Achieve quarterly and annual targets through new client acquisition and existing client management
  • Operations Management – Manage Client, People and Process
    • Customer relationship management
    • Production management which includes Scribe service delivery, general Provider support services, within the consistency, timeliness and customer expectations
    • Implement processes and systems for;
      • Continuous improvements in the Training program
      • Develop, Direct and Manage the staff
      • Resource allocation, training, and motivating teams,
    • Manage retention of employees by ensuring job satisfaction of the staff
    • Monitor compliance with customer and internally documented standards for;
      • Process
      • Quality
      • Reporting
      • Information Security
    • Ability to bring improvements in processes through generating new ideas and nurturing new ideas from the staff

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Min 10 years of experience of operations in IT enabled service industry / back office / contact centers
  • Prefer Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Management
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and Team management skills
  • Interpersonal skills to co-ordinate the various processes and employees
  • Commercial knowledge and ability to work on spreadsheets,
  • Ability to manage line of business with core team
  • Excellent American English skills commensurate with US Healthcare customer expectation
