IDS Infotech believes in “Giving back to the society”. We at IDS work proactively towards promoting community growth and safeguarding our ecosystem. Committed to this goal, we practice a system of self regulation whereby all our processes adhere to law, ethics and international environmental norms.
Both the management and the employees direct their efforts towards internalizing the organizational and societal spectrum of success at individual and societal levels: social, ecological and economical. We work at the frontline, contributing to social and charitable causes to build a better nation, a better world.
Here are a few of our initiatives at making CSR an integral part of the IDS culture.
IDS adopted Industry Training Institute (ITI), Chandigarh to nurture the resources as per the need of industry at different skill set to fulfill long term requirement of skilled personnel of this region.
The aim of Spandan is to propagate and inculcate human values in “Management” with the objective of enhancing productivity, creating better interpersonal relationships and healthy work environment. With the world becoming ruthlessly competitive and corporate culture overshadowing human values, employer–employee relationships have seen a drastic transition from being “part of family” to becoming “profit-driven”.
In such unhealthy work conditions, IDS works in collaboration with Spandan — Foundation for Human Values in Management and Society — an NGO to turn “business relationships” into “human relationships”.
Jaagriti is a gender equality initiative taken up by IDS that is aimed at spreading awareness on gender discrimination and bias and its evils in the society. Besides maintaining the “equal opportunity approach” at IDS, through this initiative, we work hand in hand to uphold the values of gender equality in the society and voice our opinions in support of this cause.
We, at IDS, actively participate in community-driven social causes. Be it awareness drives, donations, volunteering, or campaigning, IDS always lends a helping hand. Some areas where we regularly extend our support are:
- HIV/AIDS awareness programmes
- Blood donation camps
- Monetary donations to education societies
