Mr.Partap K.Aggarwal - (Managing Director)
Partap Aggarwal is a co-founder of IDS Infotech (1989) and today he serves as Managing Director for IDS Infotech Ltd. He is a seasoned entrepreneur and experienced technology executive with a track record of success. His background includes valuable IT experience while working on Technical lead positions for companies like Incomnet India and MTI India from 1981 to 1988. During these years he traveled many time in US & UK as a member technical staff for software project implementation.
He is a pioneer of the IT industry in the region and enjoys great respect from the large fraternity. He has proven himself to be an innovator and trendsetter by spearheading numerous initiatives to improve the overall posture of the IT industry. Besides his expertise in Systems Management, he has successfully managed large technical teams to create products and provide services. He takes an initiative to travel to several countries worldwide to present and negotiate software and other IT services contracts. He has been a member of "Managing Director's Quality Club" of NIIT Limited and has been certified by "Philips Crosby and Associates" USA as a Quality Management trainer. He is the Co-Chairman for the northern India of IT Enabled Services of Software Export Promotion Council of Government of India. He is the Chairman of Confederation of Indian industry (CII) Chandigarh and Chairman of Indo American Chamber of commerce for the state of Punjab, Haryana & Himachal. He is a charter member for TiE and presently Vice president TiE, Chandigarh. He is a recipient of Award for International Understanding & Friendship from IFS Society. He holds a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Punjab Engineering.
Mr. B M Chittaranjan (BMC) has joined IDS on September 2003. He is heading IDS America, US Office and Legal Process Outsourcing division. He brings an experience of more than 18 years working with well known companies like ICI Pharmaceutical, Solus Ranbaxy, Thunga Software, Manipal MediRecords, Meridian Information of which 5 years of Heading Operations in ITES/BPO Special reference to Healthcare (Billing, Medical Records, Claims Processing, ARM, Collections using Call Centers) and Insurance (Policy Management to Claims processing with EOB). In his earlier capacity as Head of Operations, he has successfully deployed better Workflow Process and Quality Metrics and managed large teams. He also has an experience in Business Process Analyses, Designing the process required for the services, Process Transition from Client site to India . 
Praveen has a Bachelors Degree in Science, a Post Graduate degree in Business Management and over 12 years of experience in Business Management and operations. Praveen joined IDS in 1999, and has since been involved with Business Development, Marketing and Operations. He is heading Engineering & Design Services Outsourcing division. Praveen started his professional career in Marketing and sales of CAD/CAM solutions in the early Nineties, and prior to IDS worked with Hindustan Office Products Ltd, a leading CAD/CAM solutions provider and also as an Entrepreneur for 6 years selling and consulting in the area of Engineering and Design Services for the Manufacturing sector.
Vikram holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical Telecommunications along with Masters in Business Administration. He has over 20 years experience of leadership roles in known organizations. During his professional career, Vikram has developed core competency in the fields of Operations, Quality Management and Business development. He started his professional career in 1980 and held several key assignments in the Electronics Manufacturing field for over 16 years in large Indian companies. In 1997, he joined Innodata, a well-known Global IT Enabled Services Company as head of Production, India, and managing over 1200 staff. He quit Innodata in 2001 and since then has worked in senior management capacity in other ITES companies. Vikram is working with IDS since 2005 as Vice President and managing the Publishing Services Outsourcing division. He has done the ISO9000 Lead Assessor course and has trained and traveled abroad extensively in his professional capacity.
Dheeraj graduated in Commerce in 1992 and later qualified professionally as a Chartered Accountant in 1995 with an achievement of rank on all India basis. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from UBS, Punjab University, Chandigarh. Before joining IDS, he has worked with Swaraj Mazda Limited (An associate Company of Punjab Tractors Limited ), Whirlpool Apple Distribution Finance Ltd. and Industrial Finance Corporation of India. Dheeraj has a diverse experience in the fields of Project appraisals, feasibility studies, dealing with banks & FI’s, risk hedging tools and taxation . In his previous assignments, he has successfully implemented accounting and internal controls, prudent practices, budgetory controls and management of various statutory compliances including Direct taxes. 
Mr. Rahul Bhatia holds BTech. Degree (Mechanical) from Regional Engineering College, Allahabad and has successfully accomplished his internship from Maruti Udyog Ltd. He has a diverse experience of 8 years in IT industry. He started his professional career with Infosys and provided his valuable and dedicated services for 6 years. He worked for the prestigious clients like adidas, ABN Amro, JCPenny, Deutsche Bank, etc. During his work tenure he visited clients in Germany, London, Scotland, Italy, France, Amsterdam, United States of America, Belgium, etc. Mr.Rahul is working with IDS since 2006 as Group Head of IT division and managing a diverse team of software professionals on various technologies.
