Apart of having a Group Mediclaim policy for employees and their families, we organize periodic health camps such as eye check-up, gynaecology check up and other regular health check-ups by certified/professional consultants.

Events at a glance

FIFA Festival 2010 – with the world catching to the football fever, we at IDS celebrated the month long FIFA football world cup too with élan. The events included bay decoration, quiz and football matches.

Team Trips – we believe in rejuvenation as a tonic for enhancing productivity and building the team spirit. Our employees frequent nearby hill stations and outings for better bonding and fun.

We have regular fun and learning activities at IDS like Cute Baby contest where we invited pictures of children of our employees with captions and chose the cutest baby of all in a get together of families and all employees; Badminton tournament; Woman’s Day celebrations; World Aids Day, etc.
