Satish Bagrodia is the Chairman & Managing Director of Winsome Textile Industries Ltd., Chairman of IDS (India) Ltd. and Vice Chairman of Winsome Yarns Ltd.

Partap K. Aggarwal

Managing Director

Partap K. Aggarwal is the co-founder and the present Managing Director of IDS Infotech Ltd. He is a seasoned entrepreneur and experienced technology executive with a track record of success. His background includes valuable IT experience while working on Technical lead positions for companies like Incomnet Inc, Leach Corporation and MTI. Besides his expertise in Systems Management, he has successfully managed large technical teams to create products and provide services. He takes an initiative to travel to countries worldwide to present and negotiate software and other IT services contracts.

He is a pioneer of the IT industry in the region and enjoys great respect from the large fraternity. He has proven himself to be an innovator and trendsetter by spearheading numerous initiatives to improve the overall posture of the IT industry and related education.

Manish Bagrodia

Director

Manish Bagrodia joined Winsome Textile Industries Ltd in 1986 as a Management Trainee and was involved in learning the finer points of managing textile business under the able guidance of his father, Mr. Satish Bagrodia, a prominent authority in textile industry. In 1987, he got involved in the export of yarn and established markets in USA, Japan, Hongkong, Singapore, UK, Italy, West Germany, Belgium etc. and thus helped in boosting the revenue of the company.

In 1988, he was promoted as Management Executive and focused his attention on quality planning, quality control and quality improvement. He was involved in the planning and implementation of the capacity expansion of the company, involved in negotiating contracts for import of acrylic fibre from companies like American Cyanamid USA; Courtalds, Switzerland; Montefibre, Italy etc. In 1990, Winsome Yarns Ltd. (100% export oriented unit) was established at Derabassi, Punjab with an installed capacity of 25000 spindles with state-of-art textile machines from Reiter Switzerland, Luwa Germany and Schlafhorst Germany. He further expanded the unit by installing another 25000 spindles with latest textile machinery. To diversify further, in 2003 a knitwear project Winsome Knitwear was launched under his aegis for manufacturing fully fashioned garments with state-of-art Shimaseiki machines.

He holds the directorship of Winsome Textile Industries Ltd. He is the Past Chairman of CII Punjab State Council and Present Chairman of ITI Chandigarh, IMC.

He is a first class masters in Commerce and has also undergone a short term course on managing finances at the prestigious Stanford University.

Yog Parkash Aggarwal

Director

Yog P. Aggarwal is a member of the founding team which successfully installed the first Solvent Extraction Plant in Northern India. He efficiently headed the unit and commenced exports of its products to UK and Europe as early as in 1962. He started his own company, Shivalik Motors and Tractors Pvt. Limited, in 1968 dealing in tractors and farm equipment. His company grew steadily to include several other automobile products and spread operations in Punjab and Western UP.

He is also the founder director of Delta Information Services Limited that brought NIIT education to the region. NIIT is a leading Global Talent Development Corporation, building a skilled manpower pool for global industry requirements. The company, which was set up in 1981 to help the nascent IT industry overcome its human resource challenges, has today grown to rank among the world’s leading talent development organizations offering learning solutions to individuals, enterprises and institutions across 40 countries.

Mr. Aggarwal’s relationship of more than 30 years with companies like TAFE, Madras and Enfield, India has given him a profound status in the community.

He is a graduate in Science from the Punjab University.
